- Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Self check-in with a key box.
- Non-smoking apartment (including e-cigarettes).
- No pets.
- No parties, stag or hen parties, or gatherings. Please keep noise down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Maximum 2 guests (plus a baby). No additional people may stay overnight without the owners' consent.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the kitchen is left clean and tidy (dishes washed), dirty linen gathered and bins taken out.
- Please report any problem or damage to the owners.
